M/T/Th/Fr 6:00-7:30am & Saturday 7:30-9:00am Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before practice to best take advantage of water time

Cost: $650

Program is for rowers who have completed Learn-to-Row or have previous rowing experience. For athletes who want a team environment, to train and enhance their skills, and to ideally race this fall. Regatta fees not included.

Regattas: Head of the Riverfront (10/6 in Hartford, CT), Head of the Housatonic* (10/13 in Shelton, CT), Head of the Fish (10/26-10/27 in Saratoga Springs, NY); Head of the Charles (if selected; 10/18-10/20 in Boston, MA)

*We have teamed up with Yale New Haven to help run the Head of the Housatonic. We will need volunteers on the day of the regatta. We hope all competitive and Rec athletes will volunteer some time. It will not affect your racing.

Rowers need to come prepared to practice, layers for the fall weather, water bottles with a liter of water (covered with a sock) running shoes/erging in case the weather delays launching.
