This program is designed for 8th-grade athletes with or without experience. Select 7th-grade athletes may join with coaching approval. Practices will run 3 days a week to develop athletes skills and prepare them to race at the Head of the Fish 10/26-27 in Saratoga Springs, NY. Regatta fees not included.

Practices will be held at our boathouse, 1 North Shore Road. Athletes need to come dressed to be athletic, nothing baggy, running shoes, layers for weather, bag with extra layers and dry gear for after practice, sunglasses, hat, sunblock , snack, at least 1 liter of water and a personal water bottle covered with a sock.
