This program targets the adult rower with a more serious mind for the sport. Those who join should be willing to commit to a consistent training schedule and a plan to compete in at least one regatta per season. To determine aptitude for this program, a coach's review may also be required.

Development Program

The Development Program is designed to introduce new youth rowers to the sport and provide further development to current members of the LHRC Dev team. Skills in both sweep and sculling boats will be improved.  Youth athletes in 6-8th grade. This is not for high school athletes.
